Lance Eichert works in both watercolor and oils, landscapes are his primary subjects but portraits provide a disciplined challenge. Lance enjoys the immediacy of expressing details in paint rather than painting every brick. Much of his inspiration comes from the great artists of the Impressionist period.
Lance is originally from Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. He attended California Arts and Crafts in Oakland, CA , and Tyler School of Art in Elkins Park, PA. In 1976, he attended Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara.
Lance worked as a product illustrator and graphic designer for the last 38 years and has recently retired from The Zucconi Idea Agency in Hainesport, NJ, where he was the Creative Director.
