Kim I. Plyler is the Founder and Curator of Arete Gallery in New Hope, Pennsylvania, where she provides bespoke art advisory services for private collectors, luxury homeowners, estate clients, architects, and interior designers.

With more than three decades of experience in fine art acquisition and placement, Kim is recognized for her discerning eye, thoughtful guidance, and ability to curate collections that reflect both architectural elegance and the personal legacy of her clients.

Her career includes work associated with exhibitions at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., and the placement of significant works of art in distinguished private residences throughout Washington, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York City, and Chicago. Collaborating closely with architects, master craftsmen, builders, and design professionals, Kim advises on every aspect of art integration—from acquisition and scale to lighting, installation, and spatial harmony.

Her consulting experience has extended to prestigious international projects, including providing expert guidance for the Palace of the Sultan of Oman.
